They have done a handful of houses in our small circle neighborhood. We went w them from seeing their work first hand. But also bc everyone who has had their siding done, raves about the quality. It’s very difficult to find anyone to do work on your house without cutting corners to get done quicker & get paid in full. I even tried to pay them in advance the full amount & they said they’d rather wait until the job is complete. He has said multiple times, “if you’re a customer of mine, you’re a customer for life”.. pays attention to every detail, double, triple, quadruple checks his work. Prime example; our sliders are black, & he had to make a special trip to make sure he had black caulk instead of just putting white or clear on them. The difference is 180. Looks finished and beautifully framed. Our dryer vent was ancient, he brought it to our attn, & fixed that. I mean… I can’t say enough. If I ever need ANYTHING on the exterior of my home done, Jacob is who I am calling. Yes this is SF Siding, but, he is not limited to that at all. And the siding is PERFECTION. I had special requests for special order siding, he made sure to get exactly what I wanted, & pulled me out to ensure I wanted it this or that way. The end result is unbelievable. Our house was built in 1985… it looks like a new construction home. My advice is; if you’re getting quotes, & are tempted to go w someone who comes in w a lower bid, YOU WILL REGRET not going w these guys. The quality & work ethic is unmatched. Will add photos once the house is painted!

“My wife and I searched everywhere for a reliable and reputable contractor to do siding (which is on the rarer side in Boca Raton, FL). We were very lucky to come across South Florida Siding and Jacob and team were hands down the best choice we could’ve made. They showed up every day, we’re extremely knowledgeable and incredibly hardworking. We felt they were very honest, and wanted to make sure we were doing what was structurally best for our home. As in any project there were a few unexpected items to arise and without fail every time Jacob helped come up with a timely and cost effective solution that I was happy with. They took care of every aspect from demolition to final painting, they are truly a one stop shop! The final product is better than we could’ve ever hoped for. We cannot recommend South FL Siding enough!

I can not say enough good things about this company. When I called Jacob I had known my siding needed repair and that the structure underneath was in rough shape. I could not have anticipated the amount of damage that would be hidden in the walls. Jacob and Hunter were descriptive and knowledgeable in the damages and repair process keeping me informed at all times. The repair work was top notch! These guys practically rebuilt my stick frame structure! Jacob also had no problem making sure contractors from other companies were not taking short cuts while doing other projects related to the exterior of my house! You can tell Jacob is extremely knowledgeable in several aspects of construction work. He also genuinely cares about the product and work you receive as well as your home which we all know is extremely rare now a days! My siding job looks flawless, my framing structure rebuilt and my peace of mind restored. These guys went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected! This company will forever have my business and recommendation! If you are looking to reside your home and have confidence and trust that the person doing it can handle any surprises that come up look no further then Jacob and Hunter you will not be disappointed!
